2012 Scholarships
The purpose of the High Cascade scholarship program is to assist a small selection of snowboard lovers in financial need in the opportunity of a lifetime.
Recipients chosen based on financial need. Scholarships are offered to a select number of financially need based applicants. There are hundreds of snowboarders applying for a scholarship to HCSC. What makes you stand out from the rest of the applicants? Writing your letter is your shot at really showing us who you are and why you think you deserve a coveted scholarship.
Scholarships will be awarded for specific sessions. Scholarships will not be given out for all sessions and may be assigned to a specific session or sessions. Scholarships are non-transferable and have no cash value. Registering for a session is not necessary to qualify for a scholarship and will not increase or decrease the chances of receiving a scholarship.
Deadlines: Application must be in our hands by April 1st. Faxed and emailed applications will not be considered. Award winners will by notified by both email and mail between May 1st- May 15th.
Confirmations: Due to the high volume of applicants, we are sorry, but we cannot welcome follow-up phone calls or emails. If you would like delivery confirmation, please use your preferred shipper’s deliver confirmation service. Follow-ups will result in lower consideration for a scholarship.
