What is Video Workshop?

Mack Dawg Productions’ Brad Kremer (Double Decade) and High Cascade have collaborated once again to bring you the Fourth-Annual Video Workshop.

Take a crash course in film-making the MDP way. This is the same training Kremer puts himself and all of the MDP filmers through each and every year. Based on Kremer's extensive experience as a rider, filmer, editor, producer, and director, you will have the unique opportunity to learn about every facet of the snowboard video world.

Classroom lectures will incorporate footage, motion graphics and sounds from Mack Dawg’s fall 2009 release.

NEW for 08! Brad will be joined by veteran Mack Dawg filmer and collaborator Ross Steffey. Under Kremer and Steffey’s guidance and as part of a team, you will edit a Micro-Movie™ comprised of clips you shoot of pros riding High Cascade’s exclusive park at Mt. Hood. On the last night of the Workshop you and your crew will your very own premiere of your Micro-Movie™ in front several hundred High Cascade campers, staff, and pros.

As a Video Workshop student, you will be given the rare opportunity to have your very own EXLUSIVE night shoot in High Cascade's private park. Taking place with Signature Session™ pros, you’ll experiment with night lighting and exposure Mt. Hood’s surreal crimson and violet sunset as your backdrop.
