1.) Book your arrival and departure into and out of the Portland International Airport between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on the first and last days of your session.
2.) Schedule an appointment to have your Medical History/Consent form signed by a physician.
3.) Pay your balance by April 30 (Don't worry about this if you chose to have your card automatically charged on April 30)
4.) Print off, fill out and send in The Finishing Forms at least 30 days before the start of your session.Read over The Camp Guide, which includes a list of what to bring and will answer most of the pre-camp questions you may have.
5.) Finish your travel itinerary, snowboard ability, store spending accounts and camper questionnaire forms in your myHCSC account at least 30 days before the start of your session.
6.) Pack your bags for the Best Summer Snowboard Camp in the world, ever!
