Shipping, Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING

Shipping options include FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. Shipping charges are based on location and weight. Shipments delivered to a business address are slightly less expensive than shipments delivered to a home address.

Free Shipping/No Sales Tax

Orders over $75.00 to be shipped to a Domestic address receive Free Shipping if shipped via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery to a physical address anywhere in the contiguous United States.

The High Cascade Camp Store is located in Oregon, a no sales tax state. Therefore, no sales tax of any kind will ever be added to your order, no matter where you live.

International Orders

Please be sure to choose International Priority or International Economy if you will be having your purchase shipped to an international address. If you do not, we will contact you to request the payment difference before shipping your order. If we have not received contact back from you within 72 business hours, we will refund your payment and cancel your order.

Please note that your international order may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs listed on Tactics.com. As the importer of record, you must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. Accordingly, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information.

ORDER PROCESSING

Payments are processed at the time of placing your order.

  • Orders placed after 1pm Pacific Standard Time, or on the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

If you believe your product is defective please send it back along with an email or a written explanation of the defect and if High Cascade finds the product to be defective we will exchange or refund your purchase. High Cascade will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared by High Cascade to be defective.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

High Cascade will send you a confirmation of your order via email address, that you will provide during check out.

PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Card

High Cascade accepts Visa and MasterCard, only.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of the United States
  • Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may prohibit your charge and order from going through.

 

Credit Card Security Codes

High Cascade requires the credit card security code for your card. The credit card security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa or MasterCard).

Asking for and confirming your credit card's security code helps validate that you - and only you - are in the possession of your credit card and protects you from unauthorized use of your account.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • High Cascade reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the High Cascade at any time.
  • All sales at the High Cascade are governed by Oregon law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
  • No High Cascade employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the High Cascade policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
