Returns & Exchanges

Within 30 calendar days of the receipt of your product, you may return the merchandise for credit to your credit card or you may exchange for another item. Items purchased between November 23-December 7, 2010 may be returned or exchanged until as late as January 10th, 2011 (to account for returning/exchanging Holiday gifts).  Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURN & EXCHANGES SHIPPING FEES

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, unless High Cascade is responsible for a mistake in processing your order. We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items.

For your protection High Cascade recommends FedEx or UPS

When sending back a return or exchange, we recommend using FedEx or UPS so that your package can be tracked and insured. Be sure to eclare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.

To successfully return your product, please follow ALL of the below guidelines:

All items must be unused, unworn, clean and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke or other smells
