Well then prepare yourself, because it’s here. Session 6 this summer is the Videograss session. That means that the entire videograss crew will be at High Cascade Snowboard Camp, shredding around, and hanging out with all of you you the entire session! If you were to add the number of video parts all of these guys have produced throughout the years, well, we wouldn’t suggest that because you will be counting for a really, really long time!

The likes of Mikey Leblanc, Darrell Mathes, Jordan Mendenhall,Louif Paradis, Alex Cantin, Johnny Miller, Harrison Gordon, Justin Bennee, Laurent Nicolas Paquin, Ashbury Eyewear’s own Lance Hakker, and the mastermind behind the lens, Justin Mayer, will all be at HCSC. The whole Videograss gang is here for Mikey LeBlanc, Darrell Mathes, Laura Hadar and Desiree Melancon’s Signature Session™. The agenda for the week is looking pretty all time with the Videograss world premier for “Bon Voyage” going down Thursday Night at the High Cascade Theater (shhh! it’s a secret, so please don’t spread the word).

Justin Bennee, LNP, Alex Cantin, the Hacker brothers, Louif Paradise, Johnny Miller, Jordan Mendenhall, Will Tuddenham, Chris Grenier, Harrison Gordon and Nick Dirks are lurking around camp all week putting on special on-hill clinics, activities and more.

Of note: this session is a Signature Session™ Size World Record.

High Cascade's staff ready to get Session 5 rolling

We’re also sooooooooooo psyched that a few long time HCSC family members brought a few groups to camp.  Ex-counselor Mike Ramirez is here with the Mammoth Mountain Snowboard Team and ex-coach Nick Nagel is here with the Winter Park Team.  Plus, a group from the Chill foundation will be our guests this session… it’s going to be a blast.

Hopefully this guy knew he was awesome before getting a camper shirt at check-in. At least now he has a shirt to prove it.

Lead Cook Jake grilling up some shiskabobs at the BBQ. Fresh, local organic food from Mt. Hood Produce in Hood River, OR... No big deal - the K-Unit holds it down.

This is our 100% snowboarder packed crew! The Session 5 gang seems like an amazing group. Good times guaranteed.

Assistant Camp Director Adam Kisiel (aka Kisiel) keeps tabs on perhaps the most heated game of RPS (rock, paper scissors) of the summer. Camper Griffin vs. Signature Sessioner™ (and HCSC Digger!) Desiree Melancon (Des won!).

You could scour the face of this planet - and you'd be hard pressed to find a better human to spend 8 days of your life with than this man: TIM EDDY. Tim and his coaching group coming up with a game plan for Session 5.

Darrell Mathes wanted to do something special for all the campers at his Signature Session, so all session long he was riding almost everything in the park………………………

and having Justin Meyer, Videograss Producer, film for a special High Cascade edit premiered for the campers the last night of the session!

Our Signature Session 1 Pro’s are Andreas Wiig and Darrell Mathes. They are at camp to hang with the campers and put on some fun activities.

We caught the action of this activity the guys put together. It’s a frozen t-shirt contest. A race to see who can unwrap a frozen t-shirt and put it on the fastest!

Andreas and Darrell not only competed in the contest, but gave out some pretty awesome prizes to the winners afterwards!
