Saturday, July 16th, 2011Thy scallywag lassies came back to ole’ High Cascade again during Session 3. This Session, we put the bounty on top of the plank, also known as the DDR box™. The treasure was abundant, and the ladies really went for it. 
There were “nine treasures of eight” laying on top of the DDR box™. Who ever swooped up the most bounty won the ultimate prize. They got a brand new Gnu B-street board.
In the end, it was Sam who scooped up all the treasure. She was able to trade in her bounty for the board. She was hyped!
All the young lassies had such a good time scurrying up thy treasure.
Who knows what these scallywag pirates bring during Session 4!

Last year, PeepShow premiered their freshman snowboard video, “Let’s Make Better Mistakes Tomorrow” to a crowded room of Session 5 ladies, which constituted our first ever “girls only” video premier. This summer, the gals at PeepShow will come out with their sophomore production, “Winter Wars.” This video will be premiering during PeepShow’s signature session, Session 5. Will it be for girl’s eyes only? This remains to be seen. But one thing is for sure, it will change your thoughts about women’s snowboarding. Check out the teaser for this year’s vid and get out to Session 5 to attend the world premier!

For nearly 2 decades, HCSC has offered special summer camp programs for Japanese shredders. From staff members to campers, we’ve formed some amazing Japanese friendships throughout the years, and it breaks our hearts to see our friends in Japan suffering.
100% of the proceeds from these shirts and stickers go to the Japanese Red Cross to help get our friends and extended family back on track!

Authorized Awesome: Preseason Snowboarding

Coach Alex Horgan, Digger Johnny Brady and a whole heap of hommies headed up to the summit of Mt. Rose in Tahoe a few days ago to get some early season shredding. From snow shovels slappies to kayak slides, this little movie reminds us: HOLY MOLY! THE SEASON IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER (or already begun depending on how crafty and geographically blessed you are).
