The HCSC ‘Photo Session’ has seen snow bound photogs ‘getting the shot’ for the last few days; aspiring photographers have been training under the likes of Trevor Graves, Andy Wright, Christy Chaloux, and Tim Zimmerman. After viewing the pros slideshows, going through critiques, and shooting during the day time, it was time for the photogs to take their skills and some ProFoto 7B strobes (courtesey of nemo design) and light up the sunset. With the wild style on hill action going down, whilst the sun went down, the frames captured by the photo sessioners will be nothing short of epic..

The first ever Spin Cycle Classic went off with out a hitch today in the High Cascade park. Contestants spun all four directions (frontside, backside, switch frontside, and switch backside) starting with 180s, moving all the way through 900s. The women’s winner, Erin Comstock spun all four fives, while the tying men’s winners, Heikki Sorsa and Ian Thorley spun all their 900s flawlessly. Incredible talent and amazing competition made for another perfect day at High Cascade…
