Andreas Wiig vs. 200 Campers:
The World’s Largest Game of Rock, Paper Scissors

1

Snowboarding’s Strongest Man, Andreas Wiig took on all of High Cascade Snowboard Camp in what’s being called: The World’s Largest Game of Rock, Paper, Scissors. Hailing from Norway, Andreas has been on a tear as of late. With multiple wins in 07 including the X-games and Vail Session, Andreas came into the Rock Paper Scissors battle with supreme confidence.

He picked off campers left and right with tenacious Rock throws, unexpected Papers and some impeccably well placed back-to-back Scissors. After cutting through the field of over 200, it was down to the final battle. As Andreas and the camper (name withheld) faced off, the tension in the air was so thick, you could cut it with the sharpened edge of an Andreas Wiig Nitro pro model.

The camper stuck first going up 1 to 0 on Mr. Wiig. Not to be swayed, Andreas dug deep and fired back two beautifully played hands destroying his adolescent opponent! The kindhearted Andreas gave the final camper one of his brand new pro models making up for the ruthless RPS beat-down he put on the young man.

So not only has Andreas won the 2007 TWS Exposure-meter and been recently nominated for an ESPN Espy Award… He now can say he is the undisputed world champion of Rock, Paper, Scissors.
