Cancel within 30 days of the start of your camp and receive a camp credit, less a $150 cancellation fee per session OR receive a refund, less a $500 cancellation fee per session.
Please keep in mind there are NO exceptions to the above cancellation policies (even in the extreme cases of emergency, injury or sickness).

All cancellation requests must be in writing and mailed or emailed to Meagan Stein.
The cancellation letter must state the chosen cancellation option, i.e. camp credit or refund of tuition.
The date the email is sent or the postmarked date on the letter notes the official cancellation date.
(to determine whether the cancellation was made inside or outside the 30 day period)
Once a Letter of Credit is chosen, refunds will not be issued at a later date.
